Jobmatch Employment is an Inclusive Employment Service (IES) provider assisting people with a disability, illness or injury into employment.

We are a registered NDIS service delivering personalised support to help you achieve your goals, enhance your independence and help you lead a fulfilling life.

  • We are a for-purpose registered charity which has been providing a free and confidential service to both jobseekers and employers since 1992 in the Gympie, Cooloola and South Burnett regions.

    The central purpose and driving force behind our success is finding jobs that match interests and abilities and encouraging satisfying participation in the community for people with disabilities. 

    We respect the needs of employers by finding suitable employees that have the right skills and motivation to suit the business. This leads to positive outcomes for everyone concerned. It’s why we do what we do.
